Under the EU ePrivacy Directive and its national implementations, a website must obtain consent before storing information on your device that is not strictly necessary to provide the service you have requested. Spain Property Pay is designed to fall below that threshold.
Cookies we set
None for tracking or advertising. The site does not set any first-party or third-party cookie for analytics, advertising, retargeting or profiling. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Hotjar or comparable trackers.
Cookies may be set by our hosting infrastructure for the sole purpose of routing your request to the correct edge server and mitigating denial-of-service attacks. These are strictly necessary within the meaning of Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and do not require consent.
Local storage we use
The site uses your browser's local storage — not cookies — to remember the inputs you enter into the on-site case builder (transfer amount, timing, corridor). This is stored on your device only. It is never transmitted to us and cannot be read by any third party. It exists solely so that you do not lose your inputs when you navigate between pages.
You can clear this data at any time by clearing site storage in your browser (Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cookies and site data, for the domain spainpropertypay.com).
Third-party embeds
Where the site links to a third-party provider (for example, an affiliate link to a regulated payment provider), that provider's own cookie and privacy policy applies from the moment you click the link and land on their site. We do not control those cookies.
Referral tracking
Where an outbound link to a provider carries a referral parameter, that parameter is included in the URL itself and is read by the destination site — not by us. See our Referral Disclosure for how commissions are handled.
If this ever changes
If we introduce analytics or any other non-essential storage, we will publish a compliant cookie banner that lets you accept, reject or configure categories before anything is set, and we will update this page and the Privacy Policy before the change goes live.
